Just had bottom 2 pulled out yesterday. they were already out so i dont have a crazy swollin face for days but its still a bitch not being able to eat solid foods for a lil while. FUCK!!!!

yea i stocked up on icecream
they gave me 2 types of pills 1 of them i ave no idea what its for but other is some sort of pain killers. sweeeet

when i had it done, i was given painkillers, and swell reducing pills.

were you awake when you had it done?

ahhh, I got both my bottoms taken out but at different times. the first one, I didn't bother icing it maybe the 3rd day. it swelled to the point where I looked like Quagmire from the family guy, and that lasted for about 5 days. fuck, it was bad! the second time, I put ice on it right when I got home from the dentist's office and it swelled maybe for only a day or so and hurt only for a couple of days. however, I was eating sold foods for both teeth within about 3 or 4 hours....

anyways.. when you're taking pain killers, alternate between acetaminophen and ibuprofen. acetaminophen will help with pain and ibuprofen will help with both pain and inflammation.

I had all four of mine taken out at once... they had me doped up on Lorzepam or some damn thing. All I know is that I was all glassy eyed and happy and could feel the chips from them cutting the teeth into fourths hitting the roof of my mouth. Nothing like them pulling teeth from your head and showing them to you. So high you're just like whoa... that came from me... I didn't feel it... WICKEDDDDD! Carnation Instant Breakfast is awesome though man, get the Chocolate kind. Tres Tasty. :)

I was on drugs.

I had a crapload of movies and I played shut-in for three days.

I had so much fun.

being awake while they take out 4 wisdom teeth freakin sucks! especially when one of the teeth is sawwed in half, and the bottom half is still stuck in the pit of my gum, so they keep digging away.

lucky for u... u were knocked out! maybe when u woke up, u swallowed a huge pool of blood...? yum yum!

i'm almost 22 years old and my wisdom teeth haven't come in yet (and they may never come in). i might be one of those lucky people who never have to worry about having them taken out, but i have had my fair share of teeth pullings (11 baby teeth and 2 adult teeth).
