Having 2 stages in a small indoor venue

I wish promoters wouldn't do this.

2+ stages is cool for big parties spread over a wide area... outdoors or at a huge venue.

But for small parties, I don't think there should be 2 dancing stages. There should be a main stage and a chill stage or something. but 2 simultaneous beats constantly crashing thru each other makes for a rather sketchy vibe, I find.

Outdoors = Stages.
Indoors = Rooms.

there should always be a "relaxing room" or a place to go away from everything. Some times you just need to chill...

This irritates me also. Perhaps the picture I just found of us together at unattractive parking lot rave '01 would make you feel better?

I thought it was kind of neat actually.

Like I was standing and getting air on the balcony and there was a good song I wanted to hear in BOTH ROOMS playing.

Maybe it's just good for people like me, who lack any kind of attention span? :p

they're pretty sweet.

i remember at korean cultural center once.. I was playing happy hardcore while someone in the main room was playing trance.. It sounded awful.

two rooms + chill out room. worked well.

it depends on the venue, quit yer bitchin or don't go to raves you won't like.

No complaints about the venue.
I liked it alot.

It just shouldn't have had 2 stages at it, IMO.
