I always see Old East Indians shuffling around and around in the Lacrosse Boxes in the Park across from My House. They're there all the time... even at 10pm when I get home from work. My Sister said she saw one in there at like 5am when she heads to work.

I'd rather die of a heart attack while excercising than die of a heart attack or cancer from lack of excercising. Oh, who are these joggers, BTW?

it reminds me of after history of breaks, we went to a park and chilled 4 a bit and there was like three hardcores runing soooooo many laps, we actually had bets on who could run the most, I wonder what they thought of us.....

brian maxwell, founder of powerbar. dead at 51 from heart attack(this year). former world class marathon runner.

jim fixx, got america running in '77, died in 84 of a heart attack at 52. jogged 60miles/week.

So 2 guys die and you swear off excercising? They may have jogged a lot, but there could have been a lot of other factors, such as performance enhancing drugs and what not. Jogging is gay anyways, it's so slow and boring, hard on the joints, too. And no coasting.
