yeah last night i ended up sleepin with no sheets and a small fan wirling away on my bed
atleast tonight i get to sleepin a nice air conditioned building

yeah i have a small fan and it's pretty much useless!

actually it might help more to take a really hot shower so that once you get out it'll feel nice and cool, instead of the other way around

i actually sleep with a blanket on, then take it off and it "feels" cooler

if you put a bowl of ice water in front of your fan it helps to cool things off. Cool tip from my mom :)

and this is why i love my basement suite. there's never a night too hot for me. and never any tossing and turning trying to get a few hours of shut eye. it's perfect down there. and even if i do get a bit warm i can turn on one of my fans, or i just sleep nekkid.

i can deal with having to sleep under 8 blankets in the winter however not being able to sleep during the summer is unacceptable.

for all of you that are forced to sleep in sauna like conditions - good luck it's gonna be a loooong n hot summer.
