poor decisions...
not too long ago at my work, a lead hand (covers for supervisors on their days off) lost his position as a lead hand due to his laziness, lack of leadership, and general incompetence... so he gets replaced by a guy who just got hired two weeks ago (not familiar with the store functions) and has no managerial experience...
there are few guys here that have been here since the store opened and are much more capable and willing to take the job...
