I dont care what everyone else is saying.. FireFox is absolute ASS. i swear it crashes on average 3 times a day! and that is particularly frustrating when i have several tabs open with important shit going on everywhere.. Yea obviously its better than IE, but i dont care! i never used IE in the first place, and practically every browser out there is better than IE regardless. FUCK all this preview release hype :/

No, hating on IE is allowable.
Firefox has tabbed browsing, popup suppression, google search bar, all standard with the regular install. Firefox has never crashed on me, but keep in mind that it's still considered in beta, and isn't "stable" yet. I remember even just before Moz 1.0 came out I was getting pretty consistent crashes, but once 1.0 was out I had zero problems. But yeah. Like I said, using Firefox 0.8 with Gnome 2.6, haven't had it crash yet.... Preview Release = Beta Release. Don't forget that. If you're using it, it's because you're helping them iron out the kinks. Don't forget to send in bug reports! This open source stuff only works if the people using it give feedback.

i KNOW firefox is not msn... you got my message wrong... how ever you said you NEVER used IE, which is MS and you said its crap, but its better then IE.... which automaticaly insults IE, and i saw a pic of your desktop... you Unix/Linux Lover...
who gives a fuck that they hide their source code? They have every right to do that, and their software is NOT crappy, its more complex then anything any other company has to offer... do you know why they are as big as they are? BECAUSE THEY MAKE THEIR SOFTWARE DUMBASS-FRIENDLY, that is because they are smart and know the fact that this side of the world has 80%+ dumbasses... even the rest of the world.. same thing... all dumbasses so they make it easy as shit to use *which IS NOT EASY TO CREATE* I'd like to see any of their competition do as well as they do... don't hate cuz you can't beat them, and your favourite LINUX/UNIX can't either... if you want to be a rebel, go find something else to hate on... linux boy.

i've been using win2k pro since the year 2001 and i have never had any crashes or problems with it... EVER... so as i said... i DO NOT NEED, another operating system...

I've been using Firefox for a while, since version 0.7 appeared. Most of my friends use it on their systems as well. I'm a pretty full on user (tabs, live bookmarks, themes and extensions), and I haven't had any crashing issues. It's been nothing but good to me.
