So my friend calls me up from work and tells me theres a guy in the deli that likes me ... i know exactly who it is and totally not my type. He's short, chubby, and looks like he's 16 when he's actually 20...also cocky as hell. He thinks every gurl in the store wants him and he was telling my coworker that he's wondering if he should bother keeping me around!!! wtf is this guy on?? When hearing this i was like "uhh are you serious?" .. This kinda makes me want to totally crash his sky high ego! what should i do..and pointers?

If you're hot (assuming you are here) then there are probably a lot of guys who like you, who won't do anything about it. Until the guy actually comes out and asks you out or something, I wouldn't worry about it. When and if he does, tell him you're not interested.

Yeah, maybe you're right. My advice is by no means professional, haha. But I think he's probably just talking shit to his coworkers to impress them. When it comes down to it, he probably won't have the balls to ask her out unless she gives him some reason to think she likes him in return.
