i've got this big fear that if i wear a pad to the gym it's going to come loose and fall out of my shorts are onto the floor.

my friend was at the gym once and this lady in white spandex was leaking and she kept going from machine to machine. after he told me that story i've never been the same with my period.

yea.. i just ran out to.... .. a little trick that i know is>>>

take an old sock and stuff it in and that fixes everything.. serious it works like a charm.. for heavy flow days just use a wool sock or two regular ones
