ok, i gotta say something.
lets take a trip back into the past.......... and land upon the crusades. because it was right in the name of the lord, THOUSANDS of people were slaughtered. mothers, daughters, fathers, sons, ect. were murdered because they were different. (i know this is vague, but you get the point) luckily, things changed (slightly) and the crusades stopped. COMMON SENSE somehow worked its way into the world, and acceptance began to grow. but it didnt last for long. people of different colors were discovered, named as "savages" and the rightful catholic\christian thing to do was of course to enslave them, strip them of their beliefes and cram our beliefes apon them. i could go on, but its not worth it. it seems to me, that acceptance is dissappearing at an alarming rate. racism is rampid, our supposed liberated women still get the shit end of the deal sometimes, the reprocussions of extreme feminists have made it so some men can not get hired due to the rules of hiring women, gays are frowned apon, and different beliefes are not easily accepted. yes, this is a generalization, but honestly, im disgusted with society. and im only refering to canada with this generalization, the rest of the world is even worse. wum, i really dont believe you are serious, its all a sham. if you are being serious, then i worry about the future. |

^ ok. wasnt it about gaining religious land? because the men who owned the land would be bestowed wealth and luck? a story of war, "holy visions", sieges and slaughters? was it not pitched by the pope of the time?
so infact it was the catholics\christians who invaded apon the muslims\arabic people. taking away their land because it was deemed religious, and therefore rightfully theirs. maybe the historians were wrong? or maybe it was recorded wrong, thats right. they got the facts messed up. |

p.s. wum, would you like me to continue? because i could preach more about the "glory" of the bible and the "wonderous" things it has brought. i can be just as radical in my thinking as you seem to be about yours.
how about this, we accept your beliefes which the world has been (forcefully in some cases) and you accept ours? |

unfortunately im not taking this from my "highschool" education. its from my own research.
your only defense was that there were other bad men in the world? your right there were. ouch, you got me good. google the crusades. take a trip to the library. find out why they decided to take the land away from its rightful owners. |
