well... anyways I work for MSN
I take inbound calls fom the US.. and i get these people whos software or computers arn't working or is just corrupt... I'm supposed to fix there problem with good customer service..... BUT.... everyday my tools go down.... for example RIGHT NOW .... all the tools I use to help my customers get there problems fixed go down... how in hell am I supposed to do my job properly if all my tools are down !!!! It makes me mad when all i can do is tell my customer "sorry for the inconvienience but our tools are down, we are unable to verify accounts or reset passwords therefore I cannot help you right now, please call us back in about 4-6 hours when our tools are back up " I feel like a complete ass :enrage:

If out tools go down i'd like to be prepared or told it's gonna go down instead of losing all the info i have on my screen - It reaaaalllly sucks -.-"

Anyways... enuff of my venting how is everyone else day ?

Heh. I'm reading Snow Crash by Neal Stephenson right now (whenever I'm in available), and the description that they have for working for the US Government is almost exactly like working for NCO, slightly exagerrated (the whole book is like that. God what a fucking brilliant novel).

You should pick it up. Honestly, just reading it in breaks and whatnot makes the whole Tech Support process go so much lighter on the head.

Our articles for what-you're-supposed-to-do went down. I really didn't care today. Mainly because Hiro had just chopped off some supremacist's head.
