1) You're not paying for the phone, they are. If you don't want them complaining about how much it costs, tell them you don't need them to pay for it - pay for it yourself, or get rid of the phone. GASP! That's crazy though.

If you find that your minutes are not enough - get unlimited. If that's not enough, just talk to them on the home phone or see them in person.

3) Maybe they keep giving you your stupid phone back because they think that after every warning, you would learn your damn lesson?!

That's shitty babe, ... I go through so much shit with my parents. One day they'll be all sweet and nice and the next day they will be asking me about what im doing with my life!? It's SO RANDOM! Like me and my parents getting into an argument doesn't relate to 'what are you doing with your life?' That's all they ask me :S

My parents were very good to me as a youngin they paid for my cellphone I rarely went over and if I did I paid the difference. They bought it so they could get a hold of you not so you could gab on it. My sister does the same thing has 2 hour conversations on it middle of the day and wonders why my parents get pissed at her. Also your parents bugging you to get a job and asking you what you plann to do with your life expect it they are your parents. Lord knows even though Ive held down a job for 3 years and am going to College Im still recieving the question. But I also get other ones like OMG you should enter the realestate market before your 21, you should buy a house around the area and rent it out. But I have good answers such as hey mom you know a bank that is gonna grant me a 300 thousand dollar mortgage on a shitty ass 13 dollar an hour pay wage then she laughs and says ohh ya I guess it isnt like the 70s..



So in overview they are your parents they know what is best even though you may not agreee..
