being sick and having a plugged ear :(

urrgh.. i was sick for a little more than a week and thought i was gettin better but now i just cant hear outa my right ear and its driving me nuts!!! i keep trying to pop my ears but nuthin works :(

hey i know what you're going through, sounds like what i just concured. i still keep on trying to pop my ears. it's hard to stop doing it. mine only lasted about a week, i'm pretty damn healthy and fit so it wasn't quite so bad

a good friend taught me that u plug your nose then blow air out of your nose while its plugged... your ears will then most likely pop..

at least it's only been a week, i know someone that's had a plugged ear for YEARS!!!!!!
