BAD days at work.

so i had my 6 month review at work today...it was soo brutal, I got critisized on pretty much everything I do..I even cried...awesome day...I got a raise..of 15 cents..like what the fuck is that? rather not even get one...bastards..

No worries think of it as constructive critisism. They probly just phrased what they ment in the the wrong way. They probly focused more on the bad than the good so no way to let you know what you were doing well in. Even though a 15 cent raise is bunk, at least your getting one and still have your job. Now you know what to work on to make yourself an even better emplyee :)

Yeah but if you really sucked, they'd fire you. That's the bottom line.

The whole idea of these things is to focus on how you're doing and how you can improve, it just sounds like the person who was performing the review isn't very skilled at providing constructive criticism if you reacted that way, and that's a shame.

hey darlin. that sucks. but you wanna know what a really bad day at work is?
last night when I was working (front desk at a hotel in Vic) I got robbed at knife point. I was so fawking scared and freaked out. it royally sucked a$$. :shake: :040: I think I am still in shock from this.. I had to work at another location today and was feeling nervous all day.
