visa phone robots

OK... I HATE THEM!
I bought a guess bag a mth ago and its ripping apart so im taking it back... i dotn have my receipt so the manager at guess agreed to take my bag back if i have my visa statement (which i dont cause i dont get them sent to my house cause i have online)
Unfortunatly due to how old the purchase is i can no longer view it on my online, so naturally i phone up visa to try to obtain access to the older part of my statement.

The bitch sounds like at COMPLETE robot, no lie... and shes going off about how i can't GET access to that purchase and that they will need to take legal action to obtain Guess' copy of the receipt... im like NO i dont want to take legal action.. i just want my statement... and no matter how i worded it all i got back was "ma'am, we must pursue legal action in order to... " SHUT THE HELL UP!!!!!!!

lol soundslike what i do at work. "omg i bought of this powerseller and he didnt send me my item, now he wont answer my emails and i dont have his contact information, what are my options!?!?"

and sometimes i give them these harsh options like calling the cops and all this shit.

they give them to you for a reason.

Don't they send them in the mail once in a while anyway???

^ i don't know. i receive my mc statements online, and a paper copy in the mail. the only time i've seen the options to receive online statements only was for my cell bill, and my bank (which gave you the option of passbook, or monthly statement in the mail)
