Overly opinionated but not too bright...

I have been running into this type of person alot lately. The ones who think they know about stuff they really have no idea about and then they choose to talk down to you about it...erg...Please educate yourself about a topic before blasting someone on it...

Naw, we're not all that out-of-it. Yeah...so...I was just wondering...what do you mean by overly opinionated, Prissypants? I thought opinions were all-or-nothing, yo; you've either got one or you don't. Perhaps a more appropriate phraseology would include either of the words loud or obtrusive? Yeah...like somebody who makes himself very noticeable by publicising his undesireable self-assertiveness, sometimes even to the point that other people are caused to assert voluntarily (and seek validation for) their own opinions on announcing one's opinions.

Regardless of whether this thread actually had anything to do with me or not (there goes that ego again)--something that really wouldn't change anything either way--I think my posting here was befitting. In conclusion, I know that I'm a pompous jerk and that's the way I like it.

Oh yeah, opinion and education are very different. Is it the audacious expression of opinion that troubles you, or just that ignorance is seemingly ubiquitous?

hahaha oh man

we all babble sometimes but some people seem to love just talking for a while trying to sound all smart but don't really have a point.... they just end up talking about their lives rather than the subject that was brought up in the first place.

then there are the people who i personally just disagree with on EVERYTHING. and theyre always overgeneralizing things and being all self righteous... it's all black and white with them... they don't look too hard and deep in the grey

See, this guy gets it! Well, maybe not but he's not important. The point is that there's absolutely no point. If you keep trying to understand why, when there's actually no reason at all, you're just gonna frustrate yourself. Then you get all hot and itchy and the urge to break out the valium starts rising. I lost a bunch of my valium and now I only have one left. It makes me sad because I got them in Hawaii and then I start thinking about how much I miss Hawaii. Crap, now I'm all sad. Oh, now, I'm hungry. I'm going to Quizanos...
