This was me yesterday or the day before it seemed.

Breathing helps. Close your eyes and just try to relax each and every part of your body. Eventually what's really bothering you should come to the forefront so you can try and exorcise it out of your head so as not to worry so much.

I'm having a decent day so far, but I've just started my work shift. I guess I'm in good spirits now because it's my friday....

althought now that im done my $60 , 3 hour test, i can sorta relax, now i only gotta worry about my portfolio :p

lol..me and derek just went up to the lake and went for a quick swim...it was sooo cold..but very nice and refreshing...but did i mention cold

when do you get your results? glad that that is out of the way. you had to be quite stressed out to go swimming at Comox Lake, that shits cold!

and now that you dun gotta worry about that i say take angels advice, that or daves, take a big deep breath and take it as it comes :).

and try not to stress so much - your going down the road of life no matter if you stress or if you dont stress, your still going down the same road. so why burden yourself with mindless wonderings when you can just go down the road and see what happens. it might help

only thing is...this last few weeks are crucial to how my year will turn out next year...if i screw things up...then i will be behind another year..and i cant let that happen :(
