My neck hurts

Dammit my neck has been killing me since last friday.... And I honestly dunno what it is at this moment. It kinda feels like a pulled muscle but the pain doesn't increase if I move my neck. When I lay down its fine and when I sit in some awkward position then its fine when normally if you were to do that you'd be in pain. Christ I hope I didn't screw something up in my neck bone :(
