dont diss them if u haven't tried them on and felt the comfort..
u just had to pick the ugliest colored ones. UNFAIR. there are some goregous shox out there. the R4s u posted there are made for more of a narrow foot and was one of the first shox style that came out. the styles got nicer and nicer. PROMISE. and if u dont like the four 1" shox.. they made five 1/2" shox..extra shox to lower the shoe down, less bulky and more "feminine like". those aren't bad either. and may i stress again...most comfortable shoes ever. expensive, but worth every penny. ppl with bad knees.. awesome shoe to get.

they are not the best looking shoes..one of my coworkers has a few pairs and she goes running a lot and says their comfort is unsurpassed!

I think an althetic person would get them for actual practical reasons over fashion. So I don't see a reason to hate on them.

I tried a pair on last weekend. They are comfortable.

These shoes are the nastiest thing ive seen since i woke up with a 7 inch fucking grasshopper right next to my face one summer...........comfy my ass i tried some on and it felt so damn un-natural, so i exchanged them for some adidas ones! i love those shoes~!

I have a pair of shox... the ride plus model, in black and grey. Having blown out one of my knees I can say these do help with the impact your knees take while exercising.

These are Nike Impax, specifically designed for impact reduction. Ugly as sin... I wonder if they are all they are cracked up to be. Anyone ever try them?
