fuck i have had a epifany...ive decided to make something of myself, ive decided that life is to fuckin short to be pissed off or mad or sad or ne dumb stupid ghey feeling, older groups need to be role models for the younger, and i cant do shit sitting on my ass, i owe a few certian people on this site thanks, for helping me open my eyes completley to all the bullshit in this world, i can make a fuckin difference, and so can anyother person, but i guess you just have to want to, i encourage everyone to make good decisions, and i just want to...how do you saY IT?

Focusing on a goal usaully helps getting off your ass, and staying off it. Perhaps losing some of your inane viciousness, whether a front or not might help.Aperently your a mother and and an ex addict, which aint an easy place to be, but keep having these epiphanies, and following though on a few of them, might just land you in a place where you can be happy. Count yourself lucky to have good friends, and although im probably just asking for a famous paininyeranus ancedote, you probably wouldnt have such friends if you werent inherently a golden soul yourself. Gluck with whatever you need such gluck with.

but i know some crazy stuff that some of you might find interesting

there was a japanese scientist who took water from a lake
he put the water into bottles and wrote specific words like "love" on one water bottle
and "i hate you and want you to die" on another and some differnet examples to compare to
this water was all from the same source
the water bottles with "love written on them from a microscopic picture looked like blue/white snowflakes
but the water bottles with things like "i hate you and want you to die" looked like swirling red vortex's

the human body is more than 90% water

therefor its questionable to think about how the very idea and/or concepts of love and hate can affect our bodies

Ive been a believer of this energy philosophy for awhile now. When i was in rehab i met a really cool homeopathic doctor/ natural therapist who became somewhat of a spirtual guide for awhile, and this was one of the things he expalined to us. The photos of said water at micrscopic levels was pretty amazing. words are not just powerful, but symbolism can be employed as well. Combine this with some emotive freedom techniques, yoga or meditation and a good old workout, and you have the spirtual/energy compenent of your life on lock!

p.s. today is a good day, its my first day out...of the phyc ward, went a little crazy on friday, appaerntaly tryin to kill yer brother is a bad thing?, oh well, i was serious when i said i had a dream and i think that i more then many others are going to follow through with all the things i have decided for myself, although some havent been yet decided i know that after being locked in apadded room for 2 days could clear anyones head out, and i am no different, i do still encourage everyony to be happy and find what there lookin for,
