sorry to say this, but according to some medical thing in the 24Hour newspaper today, if you have a sever headache (migrane) that means you have the Flu.

Go to the doctor, plenty of rest, and clear fluids. and of course Chicken Soup. Hopefully you get well really really soon :) .

sorry to say as well that I don't have the flu and even if I did the doctor wouldn't do anytihng for me *haha*. I hate the doctors anyways. I beleive that I have a sever headache due to over stress and lack of sleep.

for all you sickies out there, guess what...

nyquil is removing pseudoephedrine from their list of ingredients and replacing it with a much less effective substitute (happening in the US, happening here soon)... so if you're sick in the next 6mo. and you buy nyquil/dayquil you might want to check the ingredients just to make sure itll actually be effective.
