idiots+iceballs while driving=concussions

so im driving home from the gym the other day and i have my window undone and im going about 70-80 clicks past the ice arena...when someone speeds out from the arena and throws an iceball from their car which goes right thru my open window and hit my in the head


i swerved...hit the meridian...managed to miss the 2 people beside me and slowed down enough to pull into a gas station while shaking, crying and almost throwing up cause i was in shock and pain and didnt know what had happened

and of course i didnt get a car description or license plate or anything, all i managed to get was tissue damage to my face and a bad concussion


wtf? why are people such idiots


such an ignorant thing to do, im just so glad it hit me and not someone who would have had a slower reaction and may have gotten into a serious reaction

so i went to icbc and the dentist, i have tissue damage around my temple and my eyes

icbc will not do anything for me at all because they are considering it an act of violence...and if it is not an act of violence with a vehicile and with a weapon and stuff it is out of their jurisdiction

have u called the ice rink to see if there were any witnesses? maybe if u could put a poster up around the area asking if anyone saw what happened that day, u might be able to get some information on the other car?
