Really, you can only hold Locals hostage to the "RIN"... if say DJ Friction talks shit about a Promoter here, he most likely wouldn't be too saddened if you didn't Book him again.

If DJ Friction is calling a promoter a pud, he has a reason to.

I have never had a DJ say they wouldn't play for me again though.
