I rolled out of my bed last night :(

and landed on my fucking hip, which hurt during my run :( im kinda walking like a gimp right now.

i dont remember what i was dreaming about but when it happend.

but its the first time ive done that since i was like 5.

i feel your pain. i wrenched my upper back yesterday and now my upper back/neck is fucked! my head is permantely tilted to the right, and hurts like mofo to look left.

advil and ice my man.

i remember at outdoor school i rolled off the top bunk onto the floor. freaked the shit out of me.

^^ my brother also fell of a top bunk but he managed to stay sleeping. He frequently fell out of bed and would never wake up, I wish I was as much of a deep sleeper as he was.

I woke up on the other side of my bed all the time when I was little... I think it's common to move alot in your sleep... but I don't know if that's a sign you're getting a bad sleep or a good one because I have nights where I move alot and where I wake up in the same position
