i had a fantastic time..
just like last year it was an emotional/spiritual rollercoaster for me wich covered the whole spectrum of the human condition in a matter of a week. Once again, the festival proved to be not only a wicked party, but a profound learning experience at the same time. If there is any advice I can offer for people who are planning on attending shambhala 2008, is that sleep is not something to take for granted. Despite cutting down my drug intake immensely from what it was in 2006, i still managed to hit some rough grounds this year due to avoiding sleep. all in all, this was a huuuuge trip, i'll post more about it later ha ha ha

Every friend I have known that has gone before me,
I can now say they are right...this time now just feels like a countdown...Opposed to getting stuck in Castlegar, and the car dying....(almost) keeping all you folk stuck on that dirt hill....(you're lucky we made it down)...and all the dusty cars cloggin up the shops.. Epic. .........no words.....and whoever spun that Tom Waits mix.....on the beach, I am madly in love with everything you are. Perhaps you saw me, perhaps I saw you....said the girl in the Nile hoodie and tutu.. Much thanks to that caravan who lent us tools...and the vibe. More people should be naked.
