Apple Garageband and Soundtrack....

for all you mac owners out there apple has two very impressive music making programs that should be looked into for all the amateur DJ's.

there's two versions, for the amateurs there's Garage Band which I played with for a few hours. Basically it has hundreds of pre-made samples, but you can add your own. It alligns the tempo for you, or you can do it manually, assembling your music together.

and there's Soundtrack for the harcore user or the video editor. It combines millions of samples with advanced tools, and the ability to assign the music to a soundtrack ( hence the name, isn't it clever? ). After trying this program, i recognized it's a lot more powerfull then garage band. It has tons of EFX tools, tons of equalizer tools, real time scratch and spin abilities. for the pro's alike

anyone tried these? give a review? I don't actually make techno music I just listen to it.
