hehehe. I remember that, it was actually kinda neat getting a 'rave break'. Me and a small handful of friends went over to a friends place. Good times, fond memories. :)

pretty much always a good vibe...we never have parties with that amount of people anymore...they were so mainsteam that there were people there you knew that wernt "ravers"...the venue was beautiful and we always had the largest fnk meets...the heardliners were genarally pretty good because with the high ticket prices promoters could afford more then one big name dj. it was spacious so there was room to dance and sit and chill. plaza parties were raves...look at the venues we have now...they arent anywhere near as nice the plaza was. the only party there i didnt enjoy a huge amount was grande finale just because there was way too many people

Huh? Maybe I was missing out but finding any kind of vibe in a massive party is pretty difficult.

and never having parties of that size? are you trying to tell me colleseum or riverside parties are tiny intimate gatherings?

I loved plaza. It was were I went to my first massive... Freedom 02. Then after that I went to Twisted 02, my most memoriable party cause I met Jeremy there and the rest is history... After we started dating, I went to every plaza party (if I wanted to or notlol :)) with him. Used to love getting in early/for free and watching all the people set everything up. I made a lot of friends that I still have to this day because of that place. Good times good times.

sooo many great memories at plaza...sigh...., met so many great people, so many great parties.....oh how i miss the bc room so much.. best breaks room in vancouver hands down... i miss the sound of trance against the glass windows and atmosphere of the main room... nothing can compare, and the of course the theatre...oh so comfortable, house sounded extra sweet in there, plaza had characted, unlike alot if not all the venues in vancouver.....sigh..... what i would give to party there again..... fuck that casino... it's getting owned by river rock hahahahahah.... still remember when adam closed out the breaks room for that last time....dropped sweet dreams...almost shed a tear....stories and pictures do not justify the party experience at plaza, you just had to be there...it was something special.
