You obviously haven't been around long enough to see what he has done for his supporters then. I'm certain that a lot of people were let down by what happened with RN, but that was one party out of how many? I think that because you're not completely satisfied with what is offered here, that is definitely not indicative of the fact that he is not looking after the ones that support him. Fuck, I've seen promoters do some pretty sketchy things and then offer nothing in the way of compensation. Just so you know, this was not the only event that provided a discount for RN ticket holders, and I think a lot of them we able to get more than their ticket's worth with discounts provided.

I don't mean to be a bitch, but I've been going to Dave's events for years now and he's also been a friend, and I would just hate for people to have the wrong idea about what kind of a promoter he is. Infact, for the last two years I think the only events I've been out to were his events, because I think he does an extremely good job of these things for his supporters.

i know this, and the fact that there is no way to throw a party like this with a price structure like this and make any money out of it... all of my parties are like this, well done low cost big risk, just for fun...

im only working on my second party but i can tell you already that its just not worth the money alone, i worked out the last one and i figure that i payed myself about $0.11 per hour, so you have to put your heart out as well and exept pay as smiles

anyways, im glad to help you out and i hope that this will also revalidate agroculture

Thanks to RN being cancelled I went to Whistler instead. Whilst there I proceeded to get drunk, jump off a flight of stairs and get a high sprain in my ankle. I was out of work for 10 days!

I think AGROculture should compensate me for all of my lost wages, on top of my ticket price, as it was obviously their fault I had to miss work.

It's worth my $37 that AGRO is still around throwing parties like this one let alone giving me a discount.

A few of you added your 2 cents... here's a couple more.

My beef was summarized completely when I said I don't like having to shell out ten more bucks for a make-up party. I understand that sometimes parties don't go off, no-one needs to tell me any of this stuff.

I was complaining that it wasn't fair and look at what dave said.

Is that fair to you? Well not 100%. But after asking around, most people agreed they'd rather have this kind of make up party than not one at all

Dave's followup to my questions and comments showed that he cared about what I thought. He stepped up, and earned my respect. That's what counts.

Also, instead of getting flamed like I expected, you who commented on my post showed your loyalty and how much you respect AGRO. That is earned, and that shows me something too.

So there it is... I said I wanted to go, and I'll probably be there. But even if I don't make it, I want you to know I am impressed. I still wanna see Anne Savage tho. Make that happen, and I'll be REALLY happy.

The partys we threw over the summer and fall our estimated loss was over $4000.
Only did it for "Nods"

Some times shit happens.
But always contuine to support.
