I dont understand why promoters dont bring in any big name Nuskool djs?? ITs always Florida, Florida, Florida.....blah blah

Shit with the way things are going, breaks are getting harder and harder. Even the crowd is liking the harder stuff more than the Florida.
Im sorry to say it but we are seeing way too many florida djs who are playing the same old shite.. Sure there are some new tracks they play but in essense they are not playing anything new.

If you are serious about getting in a dope breaks dj who is gonna bring the house down, start asking some of the well known and 'in the know' nuskool djs in town. They will direct you to some "dope" djs to bring in.

to me, a promoter (in vancouver) is like almost everyone either actually part of the team, or "volunteering", sumone that sells tickets, or just (sadly) sumone who is gettin in free and doesn't even know the headliners but are tellin us mofos to go.

Well mine was the original definintion, a promoter was the one who started the company. Everyone who was handing out flyers started telling everyone else that they were the promoter, now it's lost all meaning. Back in the day there was usually one or two promoters the organizers, now it's all these fucking kids selling tickets for the organizers.. lets call it

Founders? thats what Spundae organizers are calling themselves now.

Maybe I should re-state my words he's known as a DJ not a producer. He doesnt produce very often at all. Ive also heard that he's almost nameless down in flordia, he just has a deal going with twisted right now, thats why he's up hear often. We tried to get him booked for summer but Azim told me he's only available for twisted. But you are right Ive heard his mixing & it aint that great.
