Well, this is gonna be my last rave for a little while. It´s in Switzerland and its right after the streetparade, which is gonna be in the afternoon.
The highlights of the night are going to be tiesto, Paul van Dyk, Armin van Buuren and Yoji.
There are 5 rooms, Arena, Trance, scratch da house, jump n hardstyle and hotter than hell.
For those of you who have seen tiesto live, is he really that unique ?? cause I dont like trance that much anymore, I´d rather party in the house or hardstyle rooms.....
But its the first time I get to see tiesto, and it would be interesting...

I saw Tiesto at Amnesia's Cream party in early July, and I have to say that I wasn't too impressed. I mainly wanted to hear all of my old favourites of his, but all he ended up spinning were tracks from In Search of Sunrise 4, and I didn't really care for much of it. The crowd ate it up, but I enjoyed Tall Paul a lot more in Amnesia's second room that night.

well, if he drops a set like at dancevalley 2001 I would definitely like to see him, but if he is gonna drop tracks from just be or newer stuff, i'd rather party in the house or hardstyle room.
My friend told me the venue is huuuuge, it takes like half an hour for a walk around...

Ohh my god, q base must be sooo dope, my friends might go there, it would be on the way from italy to amsterdam, still in germany though close to the dutch border, the venue is an old airport, the line up is siiiiick.
It's on september 10th, if I win the lottery I will go....

im planning a eurotrip for next summer with a couple of buddies.. gonna hit up europe for a month and get that eurail pass that allows u to train to 17 or 26 countries for like a certain amount of time.. its such a good deal too! and i plan on startin off with sensation white.. then goto black.. and end with qbase :D but im gonna be saving for awhile :(

Think long and hard before you purchase these. I recently went on a similar trip with 4 friends, and we each bought a similar pass. It was like $450 US, called the Eurail Youth Flexipass I believe. Anyways, it allowed for 10 days of travel within any Eurail countries, and you can take as many trains as you want during whatever days you mark off on your pass. It sounds great in theory, but we were pissed to find so many extra costs. Most trains require you to pay a reservation fee, which can range from like 20 Zloties (like 4 bucks Canadian) to 20 Euro, depending on where you are. If you plan to take night trains, which I'm sure you must if you're going all over Europe, you will have to pay for couchettes or face a hellish night sleeping in a cramped little chair. Couchettes can run anywhere from 20 to 60 euro. All told we ended up spending at least 100-150 euro for the trains on top of the eurail pass.

Sorry to derail the thread, just wanted to get that out.

Well, we were there for exactly a month (left June 14th, came back July 14th), but we went to some really cheap places and some really expensive places. Anything in eastern Europe is going to be cheaper, and you HAVE to go to Prague. I'm serious, fucking go there. It's cheap and awesome. Some of the more expensive places include Vienna, Ibiza, and Amsterdam, but all told I spent about $4600 CDN for the month, and that includes plane/train tickets. I would suggest you bring a little more than this, as I ran out of money in Amsterdam (our last stop) and had to phone home to borrow a little. Although, I never really stopped myself from spending money throughout the trip, so if you're a little thriftier than I was you could get away with spending less.

It depends on how you travel, where you stay and stuff... Europe can be cheap.... But a problem for you wll be the exchange rate, cause 1 euro is like 1.5 or something like that canadian, and if for example a cup of coffee over there costs 1 CAD it costs 1 Euro here.
My friend was backpacking for 4 months in europe ( he stayed 10 days with me at my summerhouse in Italy ), but he said he spent like 10-13000 bucks, but he didnt go to sensation or anything like that and slept in hostels or in his tent....

ya my sister went backpackin and she brought 10k just spending and she stayed there for 3 months and rented out a flat in london for a bit and cooked her own food so =/ haha but like $5000 after tix should be good?
