you can go ahead learning on something like this, but if you ever want to take it seriously, when you switch to Techs or pioneers you will be fucked. You will basically have to learn all over again because you will have picked up some nasty habits. I say go hard or go home...might as well learn on the industry standards....which, if you look hard enough arnt that much more than what you quoted... if you are going to save up that much money, might as well save a little more and get the real deal. :)

Nismo200SX is an unknown quantity at this point
you learn on basically anything. I leared how to scratch 11yrs ago with some old old turntables. semi-automatics with s-tone arms i bought for $20 each and gemini scratchmaser mixer. Its good to learn on weak motors especially if your scratching because you will develop a nice light touch, which not many DJ's today have especially if they only learned on Tech's. Having a light touch will teach you more record control.
