OMG....the EQ's on this mixer is sooooooooo sick!!!!......Having a powerful EQ's is so necessary when doing DD's and long mixes...(and switching basslines)...makes the mixes sound so much clearer and full. For example....If I were to fully cut out the bass on the DJM-600 on a bassline switch....it totally kills other frequencys in the mid and making the mix not sounding as full, and not as evident in the mix. Where as with the Ecler, I could have the treble and bass FULLY killed, and the drops sound so full and clean....Ecler has way better sound than Pioneer... I wonder how Ecler compares with Allen & Heath as with sound?
I still haven't used a A&H before...but prolly have heard it at many shows.... I still haven't hooked up my Compaq lappy to the Mixer yet.... just more shit thats gonna stall me on getting these 2 mixes posted by this weekend.... EZ..... Boh? Rinse ouuuuuuuuut...... |

i still despise the A&H but i like to be able to scratch and A&H is most definitely not a scratch mixer.
Ecler is one of the few companies that really tries to focus on more hybrid scratch/club mixers which is why i like them so much (other than their quality). I've never tried the Nuo series tho - only the Hak which is a brilliant mixer... Last edited by dj_soo; Nov 29, 05 at 04:12 PM. |
