Last rave my best friend got busted just after selling 10 caps, and he had 15 still on him.. they got confused though, and thought the buyer was the seller.. but anyways my point being thats 25 caps and they simply let him go.. i think when they arrest you they probably dont have any intent to charge you for real unless you have a record and are over the age of 19..

i was right there when my friend got busted, and they took caps from everyone but me and my friend who were smooth as shit and managed to hide ours.. (i had 16 on me and was in fact selling also)..

I think in total they confiscated about 45 caps from 8 people... they just told us that we were obviously trafficing, but that so long we dint get in any more trouble that night, that we could go back to dancing...

Luckily for my 3 friends who lost there caps i had just enough spares to go around to keep us all happy...

So i think its just coppers discretion.. i cant imagine they would actually waste the time and money sentencing someone for a mere 20 caps at a rave..

(someone i knew threw a friend had actually purchased 40 caps off me earlier in the day, and brought them to the rave.. they confiscated them at the door and continued to let him in.. that dumbass got kicked out later for fighting a nammer who wouldnt stop starring at him..)

But anyways.. moral of the story i think is dont sell at raves... i stopped months ago... i only bring enough for me and my friends with a max of 10 extras (for example my friends bought 4, 6, and 6.. and i had my own 5 + 7 extras.. only 2 left by the end of the night.)

a friend of mine got nailed with something like 50 or 60 caps, around $800 and a few grams of k.

after he finally went to court, they prosecuters said he had meth, not k. after being cross examined and finding out they didn't even test that stuff, the judge threw that out. he ended up getting 6 weeks of house arrest.

i wouldn't be worried unless yer buddy has a bit of a record already.
