My assumption of the topic would be this;

Depending on the age of the individual I would guess possible community service, strike on the criminal record and a year plus checking into a parole officer. Under 19 would most likely be handed over to their guardians. Both above and under 19 would be arrested on the precesses and detained with a dated hearing infront of a judge, no question.

This is just my personal thoughts on the topic and I have included no real information to backup my comments. I personally don't think much (if any) real 'jail time' would come of 20 pills, but again I am not aware of the specific laws.

i think if it was myles that was caught, he'd plea bargan his way out of it by giving the police inside info on illegal parties and when and where they are going to be.

I think the key factor here is whether he got caught by selling to an undercover or if they just found them on him in a search. If he actually sold it to them it's (or at least it used to be) considered attempted manslaughter. If it was just 'intent to sell' then he most likely just got caught with more than most people can handle doing on their own.
