Semen is a quite ingenious concoction. The reason for that is because it is very basic(it has a very low pH). okay the primary question?! no ive never got it in the eye! mind you im not a girl.. either way NO!

as for weather it will burn?! no.. not really.. the surface of your eye will not burn.. but the sensation that you may feel will be the same as getting dust in your eye.. your eye will shut automatticaly and instantly your tearducts will produce tears to try and wash it all away.. problem is notice how it's kinda sticky?! yeah well your tears don't really help.. but it will only feel like an excess of tears.....
