thing is stu i have no idea how to go about my con....you know what...fuck this, your at visons right here in my hood....ill come in a talk with you and see wat can be done, though i am going to nepal/india/tibet for a coulple months so i just may 'sleep' my contract for that time and get hooked back up with a proper phone instead of this AWFUL PEICE OF RATFUCKSHITGARBAGECRAP sorry sack of shit excuse for a phone that i have now..

I think I'm the only person that has never had serious issues with Bell. The worst they've ever done is give me a Chilliwack number for some reason, but all that took was one easy call to fix.

Well, it sounds less than a year old so it's actually still covered by the manf. warranty. it works a bit different with data devices than it does with cellphones because they generally send out a replacement device and don't charge you for it unless you've dropped it or it took a swim.

if it doesn't work with telus, try calling RIM directly and telling them what's wrong with your phone..they really like to stand by their products and generally if its their defect, they'll easily send you a new one (i've got a friend who works for them who testifies to this)
