Im not sayin u already have stress on your joints , Im just sayin machines will PUT stress on your joints if you use em a lot.. freeweights = happy joints/tendors in the long run =)

Yea Im taking it easy, I don't want to kill myself. Im only going 3 night's a week for now and only for about an hour till I get back into the swing of things, but holy I couldn't walk for like 2 day's after doing squats. those thing's are evil but they work. Why do all the good things cause pain! lol

I work at a desk and sit and type for at least 4 hours a day (Call Center). I was just itching to get a pass to the gym because I felt so unhealthy not getting any excersice or nothing. I quit smoking and got a pass to the gym here and it feels fucking amazing. But definitely don't overdo it. Start gradually...get a plan. Overdoing it like Heff said can seriously cause you some longterm shit!
