rape and torture of civilian populations are the policy of invading armies to make themselves feared and thus get the people under their control. this is historical fact and remains true to this day. these policies have been documented to have been systematically spread through Central and South America by the US Government. Try reading up on the SOA (school of the Americas) if you don't believe me. nice try though putting the actions of these men in the context of Pickton.
