I have a good job and I don't have a degree.
However, I'm working towards my degree doing online classes through Thompson Rivers University. My job & wage are good for my age, however, if I ever want to move higher within the company I will need further education. It IS possible to get a great job w/out post-secondary education, but it's a lot easier if you have a degree. |

courtney i quit school like a million times due to my 5 minute attention span, but now that there's less than a year left till i get degree #1 it feels like it flew by. what year are you in? the first 2 are bs but it gets way more fun after that.
ps - do you still work at the sb on 15th? |

No, it does not measure intelligence, something proven to me at my job... where I am the youngest and pretty much everyone has some form of degree and they are stuck working at telus, something that is completely unrelated to their degree

Education =/= Ambition.

I said post secondary, not high school. High school is a complete joke, as long as you know how to manipulate the system, it does not test your ability other than to memorize and regurgitate information in exams.
Post secondary, whether it be a degree, a trade or a diploma requires dedication, as you are working towards doing something that you want to do for the rest of your life EDIT For ista Last edited by thechix0r; Mar 04, 07 at 10:59 PM. Reason: type-o! |
