I agree.
And there is no way he just snapped. You don't just snap and kill your wife and kid over the course of two days. If he had snapped, he would have done it all quickly at the same time. My guess is that he killed the two of them, sat around realizing "wow, I'm fucked" or a day or two, and then decided to kill himself. I think it's safe to say that the guy definitely had some psychiatric issues.

I feel sorry for the kid and mother....Chris could have just did in himself if he was that depressed, or under stress/pressure form his work instead of his family. On the other hand, he should have gone to counselling first.
