throwing out your back!!!
The slightest moment can put you right on your knees. its amazing how sensitive the back can be. One minute your putting large amounts of pressure on the body , then you simply turn to look the other way and BAM!!!! There is goes, your done for, no lifting , pushing , pulling or anything . Now im stuck in a chair/bed for the next 2 days. Being at home is boring.

Threw out my sacroiliac, once. I was doubled over within 2 min. and was like that for 2 months. (2 months of chiro that I HATED!)
Developed Sciatica, a couple of summers ago. You don't know pain till that hits! I wouldn't wish it on anyone! Another 2 months of therapy & stretching with NO comfortable position! WATCH YER BACK! Lift w/ your knees. Keep your back straight, when lifting. Turn with your feet. Do NOT twist! Don't slouch, sitting or standing. Don't over exert. Stretch. Exercise. The stronger your core muscles, the better off your back is. Take care of yourselves, kids! Can't go out dancing if you've gooned yourself! Frosty (cares) |

I had issues with a disc injury for the longest time...one thing i found that helped was rotating the hot and cold, and just pushing through the pain. There's an extent to bed rest, but then there's just getting back.....(har de harr harr)...if walking is still painful...just take er easy, 15...then 20...increase it slowly. Robaxisal...(the more intense version of robaxiset...helped me) Also...I still strech every day...just helps the muscles strengthen and be all nice and ....yeah.
