The ones at Army and Navy are pretty delicious as well - again i'll probably end up in the hospital one day because they look like they've been around since the early 90s.
Don't ever ask for a plain hot dog if you're in the states and going through a Dairy Queen drive through, they'll give you the dog on the bun with no condiments.

Kielbasa Sausage on a bun @ the cart in front of London Drugs downtown. Tasty dog, like 4 different kinds of hot sauce (and a bunch of other spice sauces like teryaki and sweet sauce) and an all around good selection of condiments.

Possibly the best hot dog in town now that Stormin' Norman's Grill is closed down.
