Compared to what I was a year ago, I'm in a much better place. Yeah, I still got some extra pounds, but winter time is when I always get back into going to the gym. At the end of September last year, I was pushing 250 pounds. By the end of the year, I was about 205. I got down to as low as 185 in April, but right now I'm anywhere from 195-200.
I don't see myself dropping 65 pounds again (that would be gross, actually), but I hope to get back to where I was in high school, which was about 180 pounds, with a lot more muscle than fat. My goal last year was to get under 200 going into the new year, which seemed like a far-fetched goal, but I almost pulled it off. This year's goal seems much more obtainable for sure. |

i was doing well for myself until i fractured a bone in my arm. All I did was sleep, eat, and occasionally go for a walk. Throw in alot of beer drinking for good measure.
Going back to work should help me out though. Still not at the weight I want to be |

depends, i know guys who are 5'9" and are around 190..but they're wieghtlifters.

does weightlifter/rugby player make any difference, their all around really fit guys.
