the only people who follow these "rules" are people who have nothing to offer other than their bodies or their money. both of which were inherited from their parents. i don't care about changing the minds of the few human cancers that follow these "rules" because they're a shrinking population, not the "world" like you say, and they'll probably just breed themselves out eventually or their fortunes will dry up or they'll go down in a blaze of glory, ruining their looks, reputation, and riches in the process. i think it's hilarious that people actually want to be a fucking paris hilton debutante/socialite. personally i've never really dealt with this mentality and i would laugh maniacally in someones face if they told me in person that the key to their happiness was to marry a rich guy/girl and coast on his/her coattails for the rest of their life and become a socialite/trophy wife.
and i didn't say anything about content of character. you don't know what my opinion is other than i think your's is fucked up. and it is. it's basically an evolutionarily unstable strategy, leads to inbreeding, is amoral, etc, etc, and could easily be used to argue for things like slavery, human ownership, women being property, etc, etc.

thats pretty extreme, she says that looks and financial security matter and you instantly think that shes a vapid paris hilton wannabe. the reality is they do matter but they certainly are not the only thing that matter as far as developing relationships are concerned. Just read the original response to the craigslist woman's post, even the investment banker says she could make her own money and that obviously looks arent the only thing that matter.
Esi is an independant woman who makes her own money and doesn't need a man to provide for her, its strange that you instantly judge her because she's stating the obvious.
