Mine Just happened

a tech called in to swap a modem, we swapped it.
he called back to swap the modem back to the original.

me - "why are we swapping the modem back?"
tech - "the router doesnt like the new modem"
me - "ummmm, ok... we can change the mac address and refresh the router"
tech - "the what?????"
me - "nothing, it's swapped back to the original"


oh lordy.
