Right you are, regarding your game analysis.

Turkey probably will get beat by Germany. They have a couple of things going for them though.. one is that I think they can play their top goalie again, now that he's sat out his one game. The other is that at this point, they must feel invincible.

They'll probably still get destroyed, but you never know.

Yesterday in Basel was great!!!

(although nothing beats the Dutch invasion in Bern...)

I loved it!

Huge Dutch party before the game (just wow!) and about 50 Russians giving out free wodka on the streets for everyone afterwards...what a blast, and (mostly) peaceful! Sucks it's over soon...I'll go to Basel again next Wednesday to soak up the atmosphere in the city one last time before the party is over...
