We ended up canceling our reso at Sanafir (9:45pm = too late), but we went to Quattro this evening and it was AMAZING! The food and service were fantastic. I recommend for Dine Out, or for any time. We're definitely going back :)

went to chambar last night. HOLY MOLY MATCHA CREME BRULEE. cant believe that dine out was only 25, and not 35. I had the fiery coconut mussels and there was like 100 mussels in there.. actually a pound and a quarter. I have a huge appetite and i was quite full from the meal, didn't order bread either. Carpaccio, mussels and matcha pot de creme.. heaven. Highly recommend.

super easy,

you gotta know how to make bechamel sauce which is the base for it.

reduce that sauce wit parm and mozza cheese, add in little milk, truffle

oil, salt and pep and whatever kinda pasta u want, then add fresh

truffle at the end b4 service
