i pretty much gave up coffee years ago.

I was addicted to energy drinks for a while but i managed to kick that recently too...

i eat ephedrine caffeine aspirin 2x daily.

140mg ephedrine a day
600mg caffeine a day

i dont drink coffee but thats around 6-7cups a day.

I'm addicted to Barq's. every once in a while though i kick it so I stop getting headaches when I don't have any.

I drink a pot of tea a day minimum. A few cups of coffee if I'm feeling frisky.

I may not be the biggest fiend but I have been drinking coffee since elementary school. I am also short/small and easily absorb food/drinks so small amounts of any substance hits me harder than someone taller/wider.

Anyways, nowadays I've been consistently drinking 2 cups of espresso per day + 2 green teas per day + 2 hot chocolates per day.

I avoid many many substances including alcohol, but caffeine is probably going to be a life-long addiction. When I did Dr. Joshi's detox diet a while back, I did cut caffeine out of my life for about a week, but the extent of my addiciton hit me when I experienced severe fatigue, migraines and crankiness.

I do however notice that nowadays, I have to stop drinking coffee by 3pm or else I won't be able to sleep before midnight. :(

I don't really drink coffee.

But I'll have about three to four Cups of Tea per day at work. (Earl Grey, English Breakfast, Green)

A fair bit of caffiene, but there's bigger addicts on here.

I tend to drink coffee about 3 times on a normal day. unless i go out with friends once or twice a week about 5 times.

I drink a half pot of coffee a day. It makes up for skipping breakfast/lunch. Green tea in the evening on occasion.

i drink a lot of green tea at night but it's decaffinated so that doesn't count.

i take a b-vitamin for my source of energy rather then sucking down expensive evenrgy drinks or drinking pots of coffee to get rev'd up.

tea, that's a whole other story. I probably have maybe at least 3-4 cups a day, but that's earl grey and green tea and then herbal tea after about 2pm.

I love how he orders it... almost like he's had to order it twenty times piece by piece with the computer and he's been conditioned to order it that way.

If you listen closely, you can still hear a bit of the annoyance whenever he orders it.

when i was a suit and tie commison salesman i lived on large double doubles...

like, im sure i was about 3-5% caffine in my bloodstream..

now, i dont drink coffe.......AT ALL... i had a double double the other morning and it messed my whole day up.

i stay away from energy drinks two. they make my heart get all cranked up...

now i just drink LOTS AND LOTS of water\heineken\baileys.....sometimes the scale wavers though lol...

There is caffeine in hot choclate, just very very little...
As for me i used to consume way to much when working, coffee all the time.
Now no coffee, and just decaf tea
