It might be $15-25 each form. I've used a notary near UBC, and one on W. Broadway, and they charged me around $20. But I only had one form each time, so I don't know if they charge extra for additional forms.

^ probably won't be more than 30 bucks total for 3 forms, it's just a stamp and a signature for them to witness your execution of the documents. so fast, hehe
