High usage cell phone plans... any suggestions?

Everything seems so horrible, im comparison to City Fido (unlimited everything 24/7)

Anybody know of any promotions going on or anything?

i pay Rogers 65$ a month after taxes/fees for unlimited evenings and weekends after 6p, 500 daytime minutes and unlimited text messaging with the call forwarding/call waiting/caller id etc

is that something your looking at or do you need more daytime minutes?

Nothing compares to CityFido for what you need, but the closest you're going to find in Canada right now is either Solo in the City or Urban Fido. Either is $40/month + fees for 1000 Anytime minutes. For $15, you can add unlimited incoming. With Solo, for another $15 you can add unlimited nights/weekends for $15 as well.

One thing to note is that if you travel outside of greater Vancouver, you're going to get killed on roaming fees. Other plans, if you leaving your calling area, the new city becomes your "local calling area". With this, you get charged roaming.

Fuck. I used to have city fido, then when I moved to Calgary last year they wouldn't let me keep it. Then I moved back to Vancouver a month later and was really pissed I left in the first place.

I still have fido, it's unlimited incoming calls. And I pay extra to have free after 5pm. I send a lot of text msg that say "Call me" so I don't have to pay for the outbound call. lol My bill is about $70 a month, but I have an extra text msg plan, and a few other things.
