yeah it doesnt look like the stayed true to the original max payne very much......the writing was so good in the games...they're probly gonna fuck this up.....and i dont know if wahlberg is a very good casting choice either....he just isn't max payne when i look at him. And Mila Kunis as Mona Sax?...i dunno, doesn't quite seem right. Hopefully they surprise me but it's not lookin good so far

LUDACRIS?! people that expect award winning script for a movie adaptation are just complainers. it looks like an action movie to me! and that's what i expect. however, i hope it's surprisingly good. MP 1 & 2 had great style that could easily translate into a great modern day movie.

From the reviews I've been seeing of The Dark Knight it sounds as if this is possible.....So yes, that is what I expect. Max Payne deserves that. I don't think "a movie adaptation" is an excuse for something to suck.

too true dude! after thinking about it, i guess comic books (and movies like Max Payne whose story line is portrayed by a comic book style) are perfect for movies because they're pretty much story boarded. Hell Boy and V for Vendetta were fantastic movies made from comics. All of the Marvel movies (for the most part) were good. But there are too few VERY GOOD video game movies. imo.

don't get me wrong. I hope Max Payne is awesome! I think mila kunis is hot. and Marky Mark just makes me laugh.
